In a recent post (right here if you missed it) I showed you my new kitchen at The Mountain View House. I love so many things about this kitchen, one of them being these gorgeous Delta faucets in a Champagne Bronze finish that add such a pretty little sparkle.
I received free product from Delta Faucet Company to write about in this post. The labor and installation costs were paid for by me. This post also contains some affiliate links. As with all my posts, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Last week I shared some pictures and explained many of the design details in the kitchen in our new home. Today I want to share a way I found to add a little extra sparkle and function to our kitchen.
You know from my last post that I added some soft brass bin pull handles on the white cabinetry for interest and to contrast with the black countertops. Well, I wanted to repeat that pretty brass color in a few other places in the kitchen. I decided that the Champagne Bronze finish from Delta Faucet would be the perfect crowning touch of brass.
I chose the Trinsic Single Handle Pull-Down faucet from Delta to place at the farm sink. I just love the soft brass color on this faucet – it pairs so well with my other finishes.
I love how it ties in with the handles and feels comfortable and classic without being fussy.
I used the small version of the same faucet here at my prep sink in the island. It makes me so happy that these faucets look fabulous whether they’re sitting on the black granite countertop or the white quartz – that’s versatility for you!
Besides looking lovely, I’ve found the faucets so easy to use! I love the pull down feature for rinsing the sinks out, and the single handle keeps things clean-lined and simple to use. And don’t you hate it when the hoses start drooping after time? Me too! That’s why I’m really excited about the magnet feature in Delta’s hose – it snaps the head right back into place after it’s been pulled out. No more droopy faucet heads!
Oh, and one other thing I’m really loving – the fact that the flange and the stopper are the same Champagne Bronze finish! Don’t you hate it when you buy a faucet in a pretty finish only to find out that you can’t get the flange and the strainer (or in my case the stopper) in the same finish? Not good. It makes me happy that I can get the whole pretty picture here!
I really enjoy cooking and baking for my family, so my kitchens are never just for show. They get used every. single. day. That’s why I thought it was important to choose finishes and products that would hold up to lots of use. I think these Delta faucets are going to be with me in my kitchen for a long, long time to come! 🙂
Happy cooking friends – thanks for stopping by today!
